Job Searches are frustrating enough without...

What is it that you'd say that you do here?

Job seekers have the deck stacked against them.  Strange requirements from HR/Recruiters, hiring managers that don't communicate with the recruiters/HR, ATS systems that have UI/UX designed by sociopaths, lazy "drift-net" recruiters cluttering up notifications & mailboxes.  Adding insult to injury, requests like this one that feel like "Do my job for me", for free.  Nothing about helping the seeker find a job, just a request to source candidates - on a platform designed for connecting seekers & employers, with no offer of finders fee or compensation.
